Making Design Simple, Meaningful, and User-Friendly

When moderation tools are scattered and training is inconsistent, even the most passionate volunteers can feel lost. I identified this gap and collaborated with DannyDinosaur’s moderator team to design a centralized, user-friendly resource hub. By combining my design initiative with their invaluable insights and feedback, we created a solution that brought structure, support, and smoother onboarding to the growing community.

While exploring Gen X females' gaming habits, I designed a companion app tailored to their needs while playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Through surveys and interviews, I identified key pain points, leading to a user-focused solution that enhances streaming and subscription experiences.

This case study focuses on improving Boston.gov by adding a feature to enhance accessibility and user experience. Through research and thoughtful design, I reimagined the city's digital presence to ensure a seamless, meaningful connection between residents and essential services.

A deep dive into a responsive web project reviving the iconic Pan Am Airlines brand. By understanding user needs, I crafted a website that balanced nostalgia with modern usability.
